Legacy, LLC is strictly an independent senior living community. Our mission is to provide high-quality housing and shared community amenities that support an active, self-directed lifestyle.

To ensure clarity for all our residents, we maintain a clear distinction between housing and healthcare:

  • Housing and Amenities Only: Our services are limited to the provision of residential space and the amenities outlined in our Lease Agreement.
  • A Self-Directed Environment: We do not provide, nor are we staffed to provide, medical care, assisted living, personal care assistance, or medication management. We do not assess or monitor a resident’s physical, medical, or cognitive health.
  • Personal Responsibility: Choosing independent living means that you, or your designated representatives, retain full responsibility for evaluating your own care needs. If your health needs change, you remain empowered to arrange for any necessary supportive services through licensed third-party providers of your choosing.

Your Independence, Your Choices

Because our community is designed exclusively for independent individuals, Legacy, LLC has no involvement in the selection, supervision, or delivery of third-party medical or personal care services. We encourage our residents to cultivate the lifestyle that best suits their needs, ensuring that if additional assistance is ever required, they maintain the freedom to contract with qualified professionals who can best support their unique wellness journey.
